I ran my 400 meters in 54.3 seconds and got second at district so I'm heading to state in that and I threw 125.7 feet in discus got first heading to state in that threw 42 feet flat in shot and I got fourth heading to state in that as well. So I'm heading to state in all of those and I'm expected to do pretty damn well at state. :3 I can't wait. I leave for Carson City at 6:00 in the morning tomorrow.

Wow, that's an INSANE improvement from a 1:04 in the 400. To be competitive at the state level, you'll probably have to run it in at least 48 seconds though, but good luck!
