Okay, so this character looks similar/has the same build (body frame) as MaCayla, the one you drew. This character's name is Celina Florence Jones (MaCayla is one of Celina's forms). Like MaCayla, Celina has long hair to the bottom of her back - except that her hair is a shiny golden blonde with a pink flower tucked beneath her ear. Her eyes are a beautiful ocean blue and her skin is slightly tanned but still a white complexion. She wears a pink, frilly blouse with short sleeves and a matching pink lace skirt with boots just like MaCayla's (except that they're white with black laces tied to the top). She is usually holding a pink designer purse. Celina also has a pearl necklace on her neck and a matching pearl bracelet on her right hand/wrist. She wears a little bit of silver eyeshadow and lip gloss. Since Celina is usually happy, have a smile on her face and maybe a wink since she can sometimes be flirtatious.

Although I'm with Shido, the first one is obviously a base. Also, Sara requested something that only took you about ten minutes to post. You're saying you drew that in ten minutes? It would be nice to at least admit you used a base or found the pic online.
I also have a question, if you're willing to answer it.
