  This guy who is always wearing a hammer and sickle shirt and a Soviet coat. I keep seeing the damn guy everywhere. AND HE IS ALWAYS STARING RIGHT AT ME. I've heard things about some guy who has a fascination with communism. Wonder if that's him?
