I am trying to figure out how to make Toriel's horns even but it is hard agh
I can't wait to get the fabric so I can start on all of that. -
found a tutorial on how to make boot covers for my Toriel cosplay
and found a wig under $15 of adequate quality with multiple good reviews.
Now I just need to buy the fabric and such, get some foam and more white acrylic paint, and I need to order some good quality white body paint, primer, and sealer bc I am not repeating that Mulan s--- again.
