It's not only that but most of the time she's never home and always has a fake attitude in front of my dad. She is always out late and usually comes back with the " my mother was sick so I had to take care of her", excuse. Father of course believes her. I know something is up. I just don't want my dad to get hurt.

Point out when she's gone and when she uses the same lie over and over again. Convince your dad to go with her to see her sick mother. When your father is busy, keep an eye out for her suspicious acts. Take pictures or do like I did an tail after her to see what she does. Well I was with my older sister but still I tailed her.
