Once a tribe leader and once a host. -
3-4 active members with the purpose of making planning easier and makes team members feel more wanted than others :P

I am always active.

So...I'll control the once who don't even reply? Can I be a deputy or something? One who is second in command, partially helps lead and supports rule of leader?

Two leaders can be helpful too.

They go to the unemployment line and if they become active get clumped into one of the teams.
