No, even if you hide it it'll still show on the recent posts on the profile. The 'hide from recent posts' is to hide it from the recent posts on the left side of the screen when you're using the desktop version. This game won't work

The opponents can have the profile open and they can constantly reload it so they'll know exactly which thread the user is in or the person that's hiding can have slow internet
