It;s just, really messy, and boob's don't look like that.(Looking at refs and such would help a lot. But you might think thats v perverted and all that noise n s---.) And shoulders.. don't look right as well. Look at refs for that as well. Okay, just the anatomy is a little off, but your gettin there. Also, doing some shading is v good. Plus, the hair needs work as well.

In short, everything needs some work, but it's not bad.
