You have floaters in your eyes. They're chunks of a special gel that's supposed to be behind your cornea that occasionally break off and get in your line of vision. It's possible that you get so many that you can't see clearly at all, in which case you'd need to see a doctor to have them removed, but it's pretty unlikely that it would get that far. :]
