is the wound spurting or seeping?
if it's spurting, apply pressure on the wound
seeping then apply it below it. Keep doing that until it stops or til it's possible to see a vet. -

it's bandaged but it's possible it's still bleeding, so how does your dog look right now? :c -
He's laying down and looks really tired. He did wag his tail when I checked on him, though. :/

That might be a good sign. I'm not sure though, it's best to keep watching him.
