Dear, GTQ users and outside of GTQ users and artists,
Okay, so no offense to you guys that draw Anime, but
here some of you guys get recognization for yourCrappyart. I mean come on, I spent fcking 3-4 years drawing s--- and finally it means kinda good and if I keep practicing it profits into my art ability. But come on! I work my ads of crushing paper and drawing in heat sometimes and I never get
recognition... Urggghh. That urks me sometimes.

Okay.
I've been doodling for as long as I can remember (about twelve years) and I don't even have all that "recognition" other artists have. But you know what? I draw because it's fun, not because I want recognition. It's certainly nice and motivating but it's not entirely essential.
Drawing shouldn't be about the recognition. It should be for the fun, or for work or whatever. But not to get attention. Also it's certainly not in your place to insult artists who are still learning. One thing to critique them but another thing is to go out and insult them straight out. They're LEARNING. -
I love it how she specifically excused people who draw anime. Like they're somehow superior or unique.

I've been drawing for 2-3 years now, and although I have progressed some, I don't think I'm any better than anyone else who posts their art here.
I can tell that these people who do post are passionate about what they do, and no matter their skill level that's what I appreciate in an artist. It shouldn't be about the recognition and you have no right to be criticizing these people who may have been drawing longer than you. They probably work just as hard and are proud of it. Don't put down those who are learning, because we all start somewhere and progress in our own pace.
