(This is hard shoe). I had to do right treble hop back, and then swing my left leg up, jump off of my right leg, click my heels in front of me, and while my left leg is coming down, my right leg is going as high as it can.
It also hurt my abs. -

It's easy to do than to explain, and it's only painful if you're not flexible, or if you're injured, then it's very painful.

How did you hurt yourself? -
I use to run cross country, but I had to stop because I injured my shins. If I was just sitting down, they would still be hurting. So I clad to stop running. And when I tried to do it next year, I couldn't get more than 100meters without them hurting again. And that made me realize that I could probably never run long distances again.
