Everything else is functioning.. It's online for other people. But Internet Explorer will not display the page.

I don't use IE, but I tried it on my computer and the site came up. Are you sure the browser is up-to-date? I've come across that problem before. Another thing I would try is restarting the computer. I'm not really good with the technical stuff but I'd like to help if I can. :o

Restarting the computer didn't help. I don't think the browser is up-to-date, but if it costs money to update it, I can't do that anyway.

I don't think browser updates cost money. I'm going to check real quick. The Microsoft website should have the downloads for updates I believe.
