I'm having different degrees of self confidence, for getting my new haircut.
Pro: it'll be extremely easy to tak care of
Con: I won't be able to hide behind my hair -
I had the same concern. I can't speak for anyone but myself and if you enjoy your long hair I'm definitely not advocating short, but I personally enjoy my hair more now.

If you're used to that too, I wouldn't cut it, dude -
But you're a guy, it not weird if you get short hair like you did.
Well, I would still have my sweaters and stuff, so the hiding behind my hair part isn't exactly the worst. I'm more worried about getting made fun of and stuff at school. -

Well I wouldn't worry about it too much. Whenever that happens to me, I just think "Screw you, I don't even care, because someday you'll be working at Walmart and I'll be fukcing rich. So say what you want."
Then again I am in a lot of ways very messed up, so maybe you shouldn't take my advice XD
