  That's what I thought at first but I'm still mad about it as I sit here. I'm thankful for it and pissed that she bought it at the same time.

  Yeah, you just need to get adjusted to it. I was thinking that if you didn't have a fear of change then you might just hate nightstands for some reason.

  when I was little I had a queen sized bed (well, still do) and I had a nightstand (this was in our old house) and I slept on the side by the door because for some reason I was too afraid to sleep on the side by the nightstand
