I'm f---ing miserable because I can't draw or do anything but I'm alive and thankful for that. *hugs back*
Then I cannot help you there. I'm going to university for animation and I can tell you now that no program in this world is going to do all the dirty work for you. It requires practice and dedication like any other art form to do.
2D animation is my thing. It's literally hand drawing every single frame and putting it together.
A well known program is adobe Flash, you can look into that and try it, but it's not going to do all the work for you like you want. Animation is hardwork. -

Which university are you going to? And I know that. But I just lost my drawing touch, and have an art block. I freaking rip the pages in frustration and kick them on the side of my bed. xD -

I've had to explain that to so many people that I'd rather not for now.
I'm not sure yet, but there are a lot of them around here. probably going to Van arts for a concept art degree first.
ah, good luck with that. at least you have your hands mobile.
