And I watched it die. It was twitching and then it stopped and it looked like blood was starting to come out of its mouth and its nose looked like that too.

No. She doesn't eat the things she kills. She just kills them by crushing their bones. Like she killed a baby bunny, but it didn't have any blood on it.
