No, I know what biased means. I'm not that much of a stupid Mexican. It's an opinion that is based on stereotypes and it generally based unfairly on one's own interests and isn't viewing much else otherwise. But the point you were trying to get across wasn't getting to me clearly.

it's emphasis and often indicates that the word encased in the slash (//) is supposed to be in italics.
This is what I use because it gets across my point better than using actual italics because it's more in your face. xP -
