I choke back tears as death approaches. I think I'm so close, too close to understanding life and death. I push my thoughts away, for I fear if I understand too much, I will die. I don't want to die, though. The things, the people I love...I wish to cherish them. I try my best to experience these emotions, love and all extensions of it, but deep inside is a wise creature, that beautiful witch that will one day kill me. I believe we all have these monsters inside us, waiting to check mate us when we think we've won. Still, we are only human, and we overlook so many important things...no, I mustn't dwell on this subject any longer, for Death has his eye resting steadily on my every move.

Why, I ask myself, why am I still alive? There must be a reason! There's always a reason! We struggle to find ourselves. Maybe....maybe death is what I need...then, I would know. But I decide I will never know...not until the God of this world decides so...emotion fills me...I hate it. I hate it and love it. Ch. Look at me. What a blabbering fool I am. I'm better off in some mental facility.
