I have a cyst in my knee that was caused by tendinitis. The position of the cyst causes more tendinitis, which in turn feeds into the cyst. It's a cycle. And because of the cyst's position in my knee (it's halfway under my knee cap), the doctors refuse to remove it because I could lose function in my knee and will never be able to walk properly again, much less dance. And dancing is my passion.

You should see how big it gets when it swells. It's about the size of a volleyball.

Clean it out with salt water. If something bit you the salt will suck out any poison.
