he dosent my parents let him in to be dicks and they really dont care but most of the time there working so he just stays at the door and waits for them to come.

Dont really wanna say, annywhere there are not to manny people around, about a year now, all 6th grade and 5th grade, my freinds couldent take him hurting me or scareing me annymore so they broke it up for me. -
Good and the minute he comes near you or your house. You just have to call 911 and he will be taken to jail everytime

Thats child abuse or something worse. If they're helping they should be in jail as well. Then boom, no more parents, no more boyfriend. A new family is much more simpler than ending your life. He's giving you death threats, if you told the police that it should be more than a month in juve. If this is a legit story your telling I doubt police would believe you, your story is everywhere. Unless you have evidence of what your parents and your ex are doing im not sure they'd believe you. You sound immature and stupid.
