He's bisexual, but only Victor and Flame know. Victor forced him to wear the dress because he needed someone to model the outfit he's making.

The dress is light pink with a white apron. He has matching pink lacy gloves and pink lace up boots to go with the pink tights he had on also. The sleeves are bell shaped at the end and the skirt was a hoop skirt. The outfit was complete with a white frilly headband. ^.^
