The year is 2065. International peace has been in place since 2047. The new UN has created a syrum to prevent disease. But it backfires. Those who use the syrum go insane and lose all sense of humanity. As the disease spread a shuttles took survivors to other planets, the military took a handful of soldiers and implanted them with the X-9 chip to make them invincible to the virus. But the chip slowly drives them crazy. The planet lays in ruins. The only "safe" places are North Haven in Germany, East Haven in America, and West Haven in Japan. Along with a few bases occupied with little survivors.
