I know that my grandparents officially hate my interests and what I like. They wouldn't even let me buy one f---in manga today. Goddammit.

I know. It was only twelve measly dollars. But they wanted me to get "real books" so I did.
This is bad, but sometimes I wanna punch them in the face because they don't understand a single f---in thing. -
Real books? So the effort, thought and creativity put into graphic novels doesn't qualify them as "real books"? How ignorant.
Yeah, I wish there was something I could do. I don't see why they would get so upset if you were using your own money on it anyway. -

You were buying a book, it's not like you were asking to buy some dumb Bieber CD or something. A book where someone not only took time to come up with a story but illustrate it as well. -
Yeah. And they make fun of and diss on all the other anime related merchandise I want to buy. And seriously, it makes me feel like a stupid piece of s---.
Yeah. And it was really f---in interesting too. The title was "Are You Alice?" and I almost got halfway through it while they went shopping and stuff until we had to leave. -
Don't feel like shit. Just because they can't understand something doesn't mean you shouldn't be able to enjoy it. I'm sorry but I can't stand this kind of closed-mindedness. .3.
If it helps, you can read manga online usually. Maybe if you looked it up you could find it. :o -

Yeah, I know, but it's not the same. It's not easy to go back to a certain page or whatever.
And my f---ing therapist told them that they should give me a little more freedom. I mean, I'm a f---ing teenager now. And honestly, a lot of the manga I'm interested is a LOT more appropriate than half the books I've read. -
It's hard to find good paying jobs as a teen, but I'm sure you'll find something suitable with some research.

Yup, especially teen books these days. At least in my opinion many of them are garbage. -

Yeah. And it's hard to find original books these days. Everything is always the same. Somebody moves to a new town, meets a mysterious guy/girl, they fall in love. Yay, so awesome. I like the variety that comes with manga. Especially the new anime I'm watching. It's awesome. xP -

Exactly, variety is important. A writer needs to be brave enough to try something new and make their own take on things, not write the same thing over and over again. It's boring. -
No, QFC the grocery store. I don't know if there are any in Maine. To be honest, I only go to KFC for the mashed potatoes and coleslaw.
