  If you could spend a day with yourself from the future, would you?
  
  And by extension, what would you be willing to tell your past self?
  
  What age would you want to be when you travel back in time?
  
  And what age would you want your past self to be?

  Yes.
  
  Everything and anything.
  
  Any age, as long as it's younger than fifty and older than twenty.

  I would personally not tell my past self that I am them. If I could go back and talk to my past self I would want to do so right now. I would go back to 2nd grade me and spend the day with him.
  
  I would spend the day driving myself around to all of my favorite places. We'd eat ice cream and go to the mall. We'd watch a movie. And we'd just hang out.
  
  I wouldn't tell myself anything more than I could help. Mostly, I would just want to be honest with myself in the most literal sense of the word. If younger me asked a question, I would answer it honestly.
  
  But above all else I would want to just be reassuring. I would want to tell younger me that everything is going to be alright. I was scared of the future when I was younger. And to be honest, I don't like how some things ended up turning out. But I'm still here. And that's all younger me needs to know. That everything will be alright.
