Jill, you're not posting pictures, but links to websites.
Go to Google Images and search what you want to post. When you find the picture you want to post, right-click and open the image in another tab. Go over the link of the tab with your mouse until it turns blue. Then right-click again, and click copy. Then open this window and paste the link in the comment box. Then, put [ img ] and [ /img ] (without the spaces) on each end of the link. Then click the submit button.
That's how you post pictures. I actually know because I've been a Junior before. -

This has happened to me before.
You're doing it wrong. The link is too big, post a picture with a smaller link. Okay? -
The link isn't a proper image link. When you go to the url you should just see an image, Nothing else.

But almost every picture on google/yahoo images have the same size links....
