thats cuz it exploded. but see it was like a small explosion. like when a ballon pops..so you wouldnt have felt it...ultimately leaving you "empty" as you say...

good i got my workout DVD and ima start it monday. im working on my diet thing..kinda..im only allowed to have 1867 calories a day...so ill start counting when i do the work out
