I haven't cooked anything yet xD
But I'm gonna make cooked chicken(the easiest dish)today or tomorrow.
I don't which one it was,but give me an easy one :3 -
Hn... alright, this one's easy for me, nothing too hard. And everyone seems to like it, so then..
Chicken Casserole~
Ya get some chicken. The breast kind. No skin and no bones.
Ya get two boxes of stuffing. The herb kind, preferrably.
Ya get a can of condensed cream of mushroom soup.
Ya get some milk.
Ya get a whole bunch of shredded cheddar and mozzerella cheese.
Some lemon pepper would also be excellent.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Boil the chicken in plain water, until it's cooked all the way through. Usually takes about half an hour if you put the whole pieces in without cutting them up a bit first. To make sure they're done- may want to run them under some cold water first- cut one in half and make sure there's no pink on the inside. While the chicken is cooking, you need to be preparing your stuffing as the boxes dictate. That should finish long before the chicken, so once that's done, start on the soup. Just put it in a bowl, and mix it with some milk until it's not as thick, but not water thin. Get a cake pan and press a bunch of the stuffing onto the bottom- save some. Put some cheese on top of that, but not too much. Once the chicken is done- this shit is hot. I cannot stress that enough.- run it under some cold water. Cut it into smaller chunks, probably about fourths for each piece, and then run it under more cold water because the inside will burn your fingers off. Then shred it up or cut it into more bite sizish pieces. Might wanna season it a bit so it's not too plain- I like putting a little lemon pepper on it. Distribute it evenly over the stuffing and cheese. Pour the soup evenly over it, and then sprinkle the remaining stuffing over the top. Cover that with cheese, too. Then put it in the oven, just until the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
I'm sorry, this sounds so much more complicated, typing it up. I hope this is okay, and I hope you like it. x3 -
