Point and point hop back, and point hop back 1, 2, hop 2, 3, 4, 5, hop and glide 1, 2, 1, 2, glide 1, 2, 1, 2, glide 1, 2, hop 2, 3, 4, 5, change point, hop back 1, 2, repeat with left foot. -
