*pushes my knees back against my chest and crosses my arms on top of my knees together. I then gather energy with my hands and feet, then stand up straight in the air, and fly towards you, releasing the energy upon impact, creating a powerful blow* -

Zephyrmon's strong, but she has two attacks really. It's hard to do much like that.
