-
Name: Cinni
Age: 14
Other: Lives in a basement of his once beloved home. -
Tsukiko sat on the second floor in a window, legs dangling out over the street below. She stared at the moon, a cat in her arms purring quietly.
"Oh round white moon, oh how beautiful your light is tonight, How truly precious you can be..."She sung quietly. -
Cinni poked at the couch he was sitting on. It was always cold. Always. He sniffed, attempting to get comfortable. But he failed. Always.
-
"I look into your eyes and softly touch your hand. Farewell love, and tomorrow we will meet again.." She sang, watching the shadows carefully. She didn't want to be attacked while she was up here, else she'd fall and hurt herself, and then she'd never be able to get away from the spirits.
-
Cinni glanced at his self-made clock. It had stopped moving at 5:30 p.m. He frowned. "Aww, dammit. I totally thought had fixed- ......it." He frowned deeper as he remembered what had happened.
-
She turned away from the window, slipping back into the shadowy room. She moved over to the couch in there and sat on it, watching the tv. It was old, and only showed static, but to be honest it soothed Kiko. She liked having some noise other then the growling of the dogs roaming the mall, and the sound of collapsing roof.
-
Cinni grabbed his contraption and pushed a wire into the clock. The clock fuzzed and the numbers began to fly forward. He grinned.
-
Kiko stood up again, going over to her shelf of items. She'd collected them from all around the mall. She liked some of them, they made her feel less lonely. Others...others though, others contained such depressing messages that she felt like she was being enveloped in a darkness.
-
Cinni watched the time slow, then go faster, and slow again. He set GetNo down next to the clock and sat back down on the couch. Cinni hummed. He was all about fixing what little things he could find. And if they were electronics, he was always happy.
-
Kiko picked up a tattered teddybear, and closed her eyes, slipping into the last memory the little girl who held it had. She felt the warmth of the girl's mother close to her, the feel of a hand, and love.
-
Cinni stared at the clock. Then he stared at his T.v. It was huge. But when he turned it on......nothing was there. DvDs were the only thing that worked. He has thousands in the room. But he was bored with that. Cinni wanted someone to talk to. To hang with.
-
Kiko found herself on the floor, the teddy bear still clutched tightly in her arms. She smiled, cuddling it. The cat purred from its spot on the couch, and she smiled at it.
-
Cinni scowled. All he really could do was resist and stay down there.
-
Kiko went over to the window, and leaped out, landing gently on the ground below, her bamboo sword in her hand. The cat followed on her heels.
She was headed for an old grocery store, in hopes of finding some food.
