  Cinni got up, beginning to walk up the stairs. It would be best to go outside. Besides...if anything attacked him, he'd have the upper hand. He had his sword.

  Kiko stopped as she saw a woman standing on the road in front of her.
  She clutched her sword that was more a stick than anything tightly, but then relaxed when she saw it was a spirit.
  "Hello...can I help you?"Kiko asked, smiling gently.
  The woman didn't answer, just pointed toward a book stuck in the branches of a tree.
