Yeah, that's what I thought too. But France began a big deal over it because they wanted to deal with it themselves, but back in Mexico they would not let the French do it themselves because "omg no justice" or something like that.

If the crime happened in Mexico it should be judged in Mexico. The French wouldn't give her as fair of charges since she's their citizen. xP
