It's dangerous if you're going to be flaunting your money. Otherwise the USA is just as dangerous. Mexicans usually don't attack the innocent for no reason. They'll do it because "hey that group is the group that f---er who stole my money is in!", but not "i'm bored let's go f---ing shoot people."
Maybe I'm biased, but Mexico isn't really as dangerous when you're not running around like a dumb---. -

Oh okay. :3 Well yeah, I'm pretty much the opposite of flaunting. I just go about my business and be a friendly derp. That's what I always thought though, that it was about the same as up here, since America it's necessarily the safest place ever.

I dunno. It just depends on the area most of the time. Supposedly Durango is one of the most dangerous states, but nothing has happened there in forever. It's all exaggeration to scare everyone. -
Maine feels like a pretty safe state. Pretty much the only real issues or murders that happen are from families or people who know each other. You still have to be careful, but there isn't a lot of randomly targeting people up here. I guess that's what I'm used to. xP
