"That's alright.. And yes, I slept much better," Kiyo nodded, sitting up lazily.
-
Norio sighed softly, sitting up as well. "I have to work today." He realized he hadn't told Kiyo what he did. "My father passed away about a year ago, and I've taken over his business."
-
"I'm sorry to hear about your father," Kiyoko said sadly. "But I bet that you're a very good businessman."
-
"Eh, thanks. My father taught me a lot about before he died. It's just all the greedy idiots I have to deal with give it some drawbacks." He started to get up, setting the phone back on the nightstand as he looked for clothes to wear.
-
"Greedy people are all around, unfortunately. Especially in business." He sighed, and watched Norio as he got up and looked for clothing.
-
"It's true. Giving the whole thing a bad name." He shook his head, dressing in a dark gray suit.
-
"Yeah," he agreed. When Norio was dress, Kiyo couldn't help but think how handsome the other looked in the suit. But, he didn't say anything about that.
-
"I'll be gone for quite a bit of the day. Do think you'll be okay here while I'm gone?" Norio asked while trying to get his tie straight.
-
"I guess I will." Kiyoko shrugged a little, not too sure. But he was responsible, so it shouldn't be too bad.
-
"I'll probably have time during lunch to come back. Feel free to use the kitchen and everything. Anything you need." When he was finally ready, he headed to the bathroom real quick to finish up.
-
Kiyoko nodded after he had listened attentively. "Alright."
-
Norio came back, putting his phone in his pocket. "I'll see you when I get back. If you need anything you can call my cell phone. I'll write it down on a note in the kitchen." He looked back to him softly. "Bye, Kiyo."
-
"Okie, Norio. I'll see you later," he waved. He felt almost exposed with just the thought of the other man leaving, but he knew he shouldn't feel that way.
-
After leaving the vote, he left, making sure everything was safe. He had his own security guards in the building just in case to keep watch.
-
Once he was sure he was alone, we went over to the kitchen to make himself something. He wasn't used to the fact that he was able to eat almost anything at that time. He had been malnutritioned for several years, so eating whatever was just a weird privilege.
