Yes. I have a state OC for Durango. Deal with it. :I We didn't even put color.
Official name: Estado Libre y Soberano de Durango ( Free and Sovereign State of Durango)
Human Name: Francisco (Memo and I had argued that it would be too close to Francis' name, but we gave up and said "screw it, let's troll Mexico.") Pizarro Villa
Height: 5'10. 8 inches taller than Fernando. The tallest people from Mexico are usually from Durango. Personal story, one of my cousins is about 7'2. Yeah, he barely fits through doors. xD
Birthday: May 22, 1824. Was the 17th state.
Personality: Despite being best known for having one of Mexico's most amazingest military commanders eva (Pancho Villa), and despite his sometimes scary appearance, Francisco is nothing like his more modern history or his looks. He's a very sensitive, quiet, and happy person. So yes, majorly uke if you wanna say that.
He has this small, secretive hatred towards the state of Sinaloa. And why? Because 'b------' Sinaloa came up with the 'pasito Duranguese'. The majority of people out there believe that the dance is from Durango, when it is from Sinaloa. So yes, if you ask Durango that, he'll get really mad at you because he hates people getting all confused over the dances.
He likes hotter weather, and hates the cold. Also likes fooling around with guns, but doesn't actually like shooting at people.
Fun facts: Durango is the second least populated state in Mexico, out of 31. So basically Durango ranks 30th of 31 in 'order of awesome states'. For most people, at least.
Durango is pretty popular for cinema. A lot of people go to shoot s--- over there because of the scenery or whatever. Yeah, not feeling creative today guys.
And of course, Durango is famous for its scorpions. Trust me, that's how people actually know we're a state. Also, every now and then you'll find a tarantula lurking around in your room. #fml -
