mine isnt a rank. he a rouge. no acual village. wanderer. he can use lightning chakra though. he is a wolf accually. like the turtle that doggy brows met up with. or the small dog. personality will have to be rp it out. specialties are the fact he ca use the wood jitsue like i think his name was yamato. name is im unsure. ill think during rp. yerps. mystery character.
