"Yeah. What kind do you want? I have vanilla and strawberry." Donovan said. -
"I scope of each?" His eyes lit up excitedly. "Strawberry was always my favorite..."

Donovan smiled. "Okay. Strawberry's my favorite too." He went to the freezer getting out the ice cream and then two bowls from the cabinet.

"Cool." He watched him get everything together, sitting and waiting happily.

Donovan put a scoop of each ice cream in both the bowls, the put the ice cream away. "Do you want whipped cream?" he asked.

"Sure, if it's not too much trouble." He smiled lightly.

"No trouble at all." He got the whipped cream and sprayed it on both of their servings, putting it away once he was done. He got spoons and scooted a bowl over to Cameron.

The blonde took it, picking up his spoon and digging in. He made a soft "mm" and "this is good" every now and then, licking the ice cream off the spoon.

Donovan ate as well, enjoying the ice cream.

As he ate, Cameron didn't really notice as a bit of the whip cream and ice cream was left on the side of his mouth and cheek.

Donovan looked over at Cameron and chuckled. "Um, you have some on your face." he said with a smile.

"Hm, really?" He brought his hand up to wipe it off, licking it off his fingers. "Heh, thanks."

Donovan nodded. "Anytime."

Cameron was starting to warm up and feel comfortable around Donovan. He hoped his past wouldn't catch up to haunt them, though.

Donovan really enjoyed Cameron's company. He was happy he had somebody to talk with. He always felt so lonely before.
