I'm not at the top,
Wearing a crown.
I'm not some rich kid,
Who walks like she's high and mighty all over town.
I am not the prettiest rose in the bush.
But at least I don't try to bring others down.
When the world throws something in my way,
I get up and push.
Though I didn't feel like getting up today,
I did.
I didn't want to,
But I'm not a depressed little girl.
I'm strong,
Like I should be,
And people will hate,
But I'll stay me.
Cause I laugh at haters,
When they use words as weapons,
But don't they know that they need stick and stones to break bones?
I am a flame,
Rising , an everlasting fire.
You can try to,
But you'll never defeat me.
Because I Am Me. -
