I sprint and catch and toss the ball back up, making it. "what are you talking about?" I say, smiling.

"I missed. The ball did not go through the net. I haven't missed in a while," I say.

"call it an assist." I say.

I smile. "I will," I say.

I turn, shoot a three, and walk off as the ball is in flight

The ball rolls around the rim and falls into the net. I grab the ball and pass it back.

I spin around and shoot again.

He makes it again. "Yep. I would want to be on different teams." I say as I pass the ball back.

I smile, "that would be fun" and shoot again.

I grab the ball and pass it back. "Yeah it would," I say smiling at the sight of his smile.

I shoot again, "hows everybody else?"

"At basketball? Okay. Not good at outside shots or defense," I say, grabbing the ball as it goes through the net.

"hmm... both things Im great at, and Im going to assume you are too."

"Yessiree," I say. I look up at the clock. "Twelve more minutes."

"well, this was fun."
