  Yeh, so I I have a post timer penalty cuz I broke into the mod check-in thread. Anyways when will my post timer be 24 seconds? Cuz I'm a junior...

  Leveling up will continue to decrease your timer
  
  And btw... continuing to post in the mod thread when you've all been warned not to is a good way to get more penalties
