Well I find that annoying because then I have to click the submit button a million times until it submits! So I think it should say:
Post Not Submitted! You can only submit a post every _____ seconds, to prevent flooding and spamming. Please wait _____ more seconds before you post again. And in the second blank it would say how much time left we have to wait! -
