I made this thread. Wanna know why? No you don’t just kidding I’ll get to the point.
If and when you start dating someone, what do you want in a relationship? Like do you want compliments, cuddles, maybe even a relationship where you want to be able to make inappropriate jokes with them and they don’t care? Tell me below!
I want a ton of space alone, no kissing, only hugging, I want them to be honest and have humor, I want them to understand my special needs in my mental disorders/issues, I want them to take it slow, I want them to understand that I'm lazy at times but also can be eager for adventures, I want them to have a kind heart, I want them to be loyal, I want them to let me defend both them and myself at times, and more...
But nobody is like that. I find beauty in people, but they don't have all of these great qualities.
I want them to understand that I'm lazy at times but also can be eager for adventures omg, you too?))
I would want someone humorous and relatively adventurous, someone who would encourage me to step out of my comfort zone (in a good way) and support me so I'll be able to. I want them to be loyal and honest, even when it hurts. I want someone that understands me and knows how I feel, someone who can handle all the crazy stuff I'm going to yeet at them.
But I want to remember that I'm not perfect; no one is.
With my crush, he’s really healthy and encourages me to be as well. He exercises, almost never eats sugar (he does eat chips though, but that’s not as bad as sugar) and if I could have someone in a relationship who encourages me to become a better person, that would be amazing.
I would also love someone whose willing to cuddle, and help me when I’m sick. I remember when I was sick one time, my crush looked super worried and told me to “get better soon.”
Also, like pretty much everyone here, I would love someone with good humor. They don’t have to, but it’d make the relationship more fun and quirky.
Also they don’t have to be so similar to me, I agree with the saying Opposites Attract. If you have too many things in common, the relationship will be boring.
I like people that are equally as talkative as me. And someone who’s also socially active online. Ex: Tiktok, Snapchat, Instagram, Texting. Stuff like that.
Probably someone who talks to me a lot, and talks to others a lot. Definitely someone who stays in their own friend group as school, and doesn’t follow me around. Humor is a big thing for me, it makes a relationship kinda fun and less serious.
It would also be great to have their friend group sorta friends with the one that I’m in, it would be a little less awkward.
Like a perfect example would be-
- Talking to friends in the courtyard, kinda all huddled together, talking, laughing, the things that we usually do. Their friend group kinda comes over, everyone kinda talks, and all that stuff.
I mean, it’s probably that I like being friends with ppl
