This is from DBZKai, different than DBZ.
I recommend you not watch DBZKai though.
This takes place after Vegeta is killed. It's a bit long.
Vegeta: *appears in Goku's mind in boxers xD* Kakarot... you are a waste of Saiyan blood.
Goku: VEGETA?!
Vegeta: You did not listen to my advice.
Goku: Vegeta, it doesn't matter anymore
Vegeta: No, Kakarot, listen. You must release your anger. You must use the pain and suffering from others and make it your power.
Goku: But... I'm a goner.. it makes no difference...
Vegeta: *suddenly appears as a chibi* No. Kakarot, LISTEN. My father, your father. You must use their suffering to trigger your hidden power.
*King Vegeta and Bardock suddenly appear*
King Vegeta, Bardock, and chibi Vegeta: Kakarot, you must do what we couldn't. The power somes from a need, not from a want.
*King Vegeta and Bardock disappear*
*Vegeta turns back into a full grown man... in his boxers XD*
Vegeta: Kakarot, you must defeat Frieza. Do it for the universe. Do it for me. *disappears*
Goku: No! Vegeta, I have to tell you something!
*scene fades to black*
I wonder what Goku had to tell him ;)
And I wonder why Goku imagined Vegeta in his boxers ;D -
