What is your vision on security and justice ?
- Restore Full Life Sentences for the Most Dangerous Criminals, Deport 10K Jailed Foreign Offenders, and Create the “Excusable Defence”: An assaulted policeman/citizen can defend himself without risking going to jail.
- Restore minimum sentences so that all criminals and offenders have a sanction, remove automatic sentence reductions and introduce a presumption of self-defense for police officers.
- Create 20,000 prison places and introduce minimum sentences for all those who attack the police.
- For minor offenders, the possibility of being supervised by the military, facilitating dialogue between the police, gendarmerie and the population on local security priorities and completing the doubling of the presence of law enforcement on public roads.
- Prohibit defense bullet launchers, regulate the use of “intermediate weapons” (= tear gas, etc.) and limit identity checks and searches.
- Dismantle the BAC (Anti-Crime Squad), restore local policing, ban tasers and flashballs and ban dangerous immobilization techniques (ventral plating, etc.)
