THE MIDNIGHT DIAMOND: A DETECTIVE MYSTERY At 8:45 pm on Friday night, the famous Star of Midnight diamond vanished from a locked display case at the Blackwood Museum. The diamond was worth millions, and it was supposed to be the museum's most secure exhibit. The alarm was activated, the doors were locked, and only a handful of staff members were still inside. When the museum director returned to the exhibition room, the glass case was empty. There was no broken glass, no obvious damage, and no sign of forced entry. Four people were still in the building:πŸ”΄ Evelyn Hart β€” the museum director, who knew where every valuable object was kept.πŸ”΅ Marcus Reed β€” the security guard, who controlled the cameras and alarms. Olivia Cross β€” a jewellery expert who had examined the diamond earlier that day. Theo Blake β€” a cleaner who had been working near the exhibition room. All four claimed they had nothing to do with the disappearance.Detective Morgan arrived at 9:10 pm. After examining the scene, questioning the suspects, and reviewing the evidence, the detective discovered several clues that did not fit the suspects' stories. Your mission is to investigate the evidence, answer the questions, and identify who stole the Star of Midnight.⚠ Read every clue carefully. Some evidence is misleading, and one suspect is hiding something. Can you solve the case before the detective reveals the truth?

CLUE 1 β€” The empty display case. - The glass was completely undamaged. The case had been opened with a key or another authorized method. There were no signs of a break-in. CLUE 2 β€” The camera blackout. The security footage stopped recording for exactly three minutes, from 8:41 pm to 8:44 pm. Marcus claims the system failed by itself. CLUE 3 β€” The blue thread. A small piece of dark blue fabric was found beside the display case. Olivia was wearing a blue jacket, but museum staff uniforms were also blue. CLUE 4 β€” The missing key. The spare display-case key was missing from the director's office. Evelyn says she locked it away at 6:00 pm. CLUE 5 β€” The timetable. Theo's cleaning log places him in the west hallway at 8:40 pm. Olivia signed out of the jewellery laboratory at 8:30 pm. Evelyn says she was in her office, and Marcus says he was in the security room. CLUE 6 β€” The suspicious note. A note was found in the security room: β€œThree minutes is all I need. Nobody will see a thing.” It has no signature. CLUE 7 β€” The access record. The security system recorded Marcus's access card being used near the exhibition room at 8:42 pm, during the camera blackout. Marcus says he lent his card to nobody.
