  18. Never have I ever been diagnosed with a chronic physical illness.
  19. Never have I ever been physically abused.
  20. Never have I ever been emotionally abused.
  21. Never have I ever had a depressive episode lasting 3 or more weeks.
  22. Never have I ever had a panic attack or anxiety attack.
  23. Never have I ever been diagnosed with a mental illness.
  24. Never have I ever been prescribed medicine.
  25. Never have I ever forgotten to take medicine I was supposed to take.
