Lost takes place on a seemingly deserted island where a passenger plane, Oceanic Airlines Flight 815, crashes en route to Los Angeles from Sydney. 48 of the passengers on the plane survive for inexplicable reasons, as the story revolves around unveiling the past and revealing the future of these fated survivors.
