This is a true story….i was hiking with my bff and I had to pee so bad! But my bff didn’t have to go…so I went in the bushes to pee. My pants got caught on a bush and I could’t get loose! Suddenly I felt warm wetness slowly slipping away from me and it slowly trickled down my legs and it was all too much! I let go. It flowed out and the warmth and wetness felt so good! Ahhhhhhhhh sweet relief! 😌

Now sit on the toilet with all your clothes on. Spread your legs and look up and relax your body. Yes relax your bladder too!

Now lay on your bed and try to sleep but don’t sleep!

Push your badder into a corner of a cupboard or table. Drink two cups of water or coffee or soda. 🥤

Now take off your pants but keep your underwear on. Pee a small amount into a bath towel. Now rub your parts in it. Put your pants back on.

Now use one finger to tickle your bladder until it starts to twitch! Do it!

Run some water on low and stand up not holding yourself. Stretch your muscles.
