Im not a HUGE Sonic fan, so why do they keep taking out characters? Or is this the only one?

Mighty wasn't needed when Sega created "Sonic Heroes". So they just cut him out.
He hasn't been in a game since.
He's in the comics though, he just left to go look for his sister. -
It's not only Sonic Heroes. That's not the oldest game you know. >_>
I haven't seen that little armadilla in any game I've played. -

He was in Knuckles Chaotix.
That's the only game I've seen him in, besides on a "missing" poster in Sonic Generations. -
